We post our cookies every Thursday, orders placed by 10am Tuesday will be sent the same week. Orders placed after this time will be sent the following week.

We post via Royal Mail Tracked 48, if you'd like your tracking number just drop us a message. Please note that Royal Mail are currently experiencing delays and some letterbox sets are taking longer to arrive than usual which is unfortunately out of our control. If you have any problems with a later than expected delivery give us a message so we can help track it for you.

Cookies are packaged in beautiful white presentation boxes, tied with a handwritten calligraphy tag, dried flowers, and a Sweet Nellys seal. They are posted in mail boxes for protection.
