There is nothing I love more than creating cakes, cookies & calligraphy for weddings, it's always such a privelege to provide the special touches which will help you form memories that will last a lifetime.
The process of planning a wedding can sometimes be overwhelming with a long list of suppliers to find and communicate with, at Sweet Nellys I endeavour to make the experience as simple, enjoyable and stress-free as possible for you!
I can create everything from your beautiful centerpiece wedding cake, personalised cookie favours for guests, and the special touches of calligraphy which bring your style and vision together on the day. I want you to share your ideas and dreams for the day with me, and then be able to relax knowing that I will take care of them for you.
Having all of these elements delivered by Sweet Nellys will give you the seamless process of communicating with a single supplier, details that compliment each other in the style of your wedding, and a cake which tastes as delicious as it looks!
As my cakes are all lovingly bespoke made and delivered to your venue, I am limited in the amount of wedding bookings I can take on in order to give each one the attention it deserves. So please don’t hesitate to fill out an enquiry form - I’ll be so excited to help you create your perfect day!
THE PROCESS

Step 1
Start your enquiry by filling out a form & I'll confirm my availability for you
Step 2
If you’re happy with your quote would like to go ahead you can secure your booking with a deposit
Step 3
Choosing your flavours! I send out tasting samples in the post a few times a year
Step 4
The creative part! 2-3 months prior to your wedding we’ll discuss your special cake design
Step 5
I will create a sketch of the cake so that you can visualise the design we’ve discussed
Step 6
1 month prior to your wedding we'll confirm final details. Then relax until the big day!
CAKE STYLING
I have a variety of cake stands available to hire to ensure that your cake is presented beautifully on the day. They are £20 to hire + a damage deposit and I ask for them to be returned to my address within 5 days of your wedding.
Dietary Requirements
If you have guests with allergies or dietary requirements I would love to help you cater to these, you may wish to add a box of vegan cupcakes for example, or a small matching gluten free cake.
Please note that although I can ensure that a cake does not contain these physical ingredients, I am never able to guarantee there are no traces due to them being used and stored in my kitchen, therefore anyone with a severe allergy should not consume our bakes.
